Bent Over Calf Stretch

Setup
Get in a 'downward dog' position facing down on hands placed out front of shoulders and on toes placed in behind with a bend in the waist (butt in the air).
Movement Instructions
Place one foot overtop of the back of the other ankle and straighten the other leg, pushing the heel to the ground. Hold, then switch legs and repeat.
Comments
Push feet further back for more of a stretch.
