Barbell Bent Over Row

Setup
Standing over a bar with feet flat and shoulder width. Bend knees and bend over bar with back straight and grasp bar with a slightly wider than shoulder width underhand grip. Lift bar off the ground by extending knees and lean forward bent over to a horizontal position with back straight, arms hanging straight down with bar in hands.
Movement Instructions
Bend elbows and pull bar up to chest. Return until arms are extended and shoulders are stretched downward. Repeat.
Comments
Keep back straight through movement and torso as close to horizontal as possible. Keep knees and hips bent the same throughout exercise with back straight, do not rock or bend knees or hips to help movement.
