Assisted Dips

Setup

Step onto the platform and/or grasp dip handles with an overhand grip and thumbs facing away. Place knees on the assisting platform straightening hips and elbows to get to the starting position.

Movement Instructions

Slowly lower your body straight down by bending at the elbows until they are at 90 degrees. Push the body back up by extending the elbows until arms are straight and body is returned to the starting position. Repeat.

Comments

Lower the body straight, do not bend at the waist to help movement.
