Alternating Dumbbell Side Bends

Setup

Grasp dumbbells with arms straight to the sides.

Movement Instructions

Bend waist and lower dumbbell until slight stretch is felt on opposite side. Contract oblique to raise torso and lower opposite side same distance. Repeat alternating sides.

Comments

Keep torso upright throughout movement. Keep arms straight and do not bend elbows to help movement.
